Evers & Sons Inc. partnered with the client to expand an existing brownfield treating facility with new equipment supporting the operation of three (3) sulfur recovery units (LO-CAT trains) and a shared chemical storage area.

After successfully completing the original greenfield treating facility, Evers & Sons Inc. partnered again with the client to execute an expansion project supporting the operation of two (2) sulfur recovery units (LO-CAT trains) and a common chemical storage area.

Evers & Sons Inc. was responsible for the civil, structural, and mechanical installation for this greenfield project designed to handle 1.6 BCFD.

Platform Topside Replacement
This project involved the installation and field welding of all 2” through 36” process piping (class 150-900#), open and closed drain piping, and utility piping.

Greenfield Natural Gas Treating Facility
The project consisted of a greenfield natural gas treating facility, which included the installation of amine treating, H2S treating, gas dehydration, filtration equipment, gas compression, air compression, flare, inlet and outlet piping interconnects, and all associated piping installation/fabrication work. Structural steel installation was also included (prefabricated by others).

The renewable natural gas facility converts unutilized waste gas from the landfill into 6400 SCM of natural gas.

This project was an NGL Loading Station designed to serve as the central sales terminal for natural gas liquids (NGLs) across a region encompassing over 440,000 acres of wells and 400 miles of gathering system.

Evers & Sons’ scope included the procurement and installation of all civil (dirt and cement), structural (racks, supports, clamps, walkways, and access platforms), equipment setting, and interconnecting piping.
