Project Overview
The project consisted of the construction of a SWD (Salt Water Disposal) facility designed to meet an injection rate of up to 120,000 bbl/d at injection pressures up to 5,000 psi.
Scope Details:
- (8) 750 BBL API 12F water storage tanks
- (4) HSWB gun barrel separators
- (2) DFSD de-sanders
- (2) 750 BBL API 12F oil storage tanks
- (1) Slop oil tank
- Catwalks
- (3) 150-HP booster pumps
- (3) Tech-Flo auto-flushing filters
- (10) Baker Hughes 1,000-HP injection pumps
- (2) PDC buildings
- Approximately 250 prefabricated carbon and stainless-steel pipe spools
- (400) Field-fusion joints for prefabricated HDPE pipe spools
- 350′ of 12” Schedule 160 pipe from the injection pumps to the wellhead
Evers & Sons’ scope included all sitework, civil work, equipment setting, and structural fabrication of pipe racks, adjustable pipe clamps, supports, walkways, and access platforms. The scope also included pipe prefabrication and installation of internally coated carbon steel, stainless steel, HDPE pipe spools, and the injection line.
