Project Overview
The project consisted of the construction of a SWD (Salt Water Disposal) facility designed to meet a maximum injection rate of up to 120,000 bbls/d at injection pressures up to 5,000 psi.

- (3) Tech-Flo Auto-flushing Filters
- (10) Baker Hughes 1000HP Injection Pumps
- (2) PDC Buildings
- Approximately (250) Prefabricated Carbon and Stainless-Steel Pipe Spools
- (400) HDPE Field Fuses of Prefabricated HDPE Pipe Spools
- 350 ft of 12” Sch 160 Pipe from the Injection Pumps to the Wellhead
Evers & Sons’ scope included all sitework, civil work, equipment setting, structural fabrication of pipe racks, adjustable pipe clamps, supports, walkways, and access platforms. The scope also included pipe prefabrication and installation of internally coated carbon steel, stainless steel, HDPE pipe spools, and the injection line.
