Evers and Sons Inc. has established health, safety and environmental management systems based on recognized standards and company-wide goals. Our Safety Program consists of a strictly enforced zero-tolerance drug and alcohol program, new employee orientation, daily safety meetings, quarterly trainings sessions, and site-specific training.
Health, safety and environmental impacts are a main consideration in all Evers and Sons Inc. business decisions. We encourage all personnel to share ideas for creating and maintaining a safe and healthy workplace. A project is considered a success only when it is performed safely.
KPI’s are used to evaluate the success of safety policies and procedures, KPI’s based from leading and lagging indicators inform our Safety Dept to review, track, and identify unsafe trends that may require additional training or policy modifications.
