Overview
01 | PIPE SPOOL FABRICATION
From process piping to transmission and facility construction, we fabricate pipe spools ranging from ½" to 72" in diameter. Our capabilities include manual and semi-automatic welding across carbon and stainless steel using a range of welding processes and applicable industry codes.
02 | MODULES & EQUIPMENT
We fabricate and assemble shop-built modules, skid-mounted process equipment, and pipeline equipment for energy infrastructure applications. Capabilities range from measurement and process skids to valve assemblies, pipe modules, launchers and receivers, separators, flares, and other custom equipment.
03 | STRUCTURAL STEEL & SPECIALTY FABRICATION
Our structural and specialty fabrication capabilities support facility, pipeline, and modular construction with structural steel, pressure vessels, and manufactured components. Products range from pipe racks, skid frames, platforms, stairs, and equipment supports to vessel fabrication and repair, pipe supports, shoes, guides, clamps, and specialty components.
Automation Technology
Overview
Our PythonX® robotic structural fabrication system automates cutting and processing for beams, channels, angles, HSS, plate, and other structural steel components. Using high-definition plasma technology and multi-axis robotic cutting, the system performs bolt holes, copes, slots, bevels, cutouts, layout marks, and complex cuts with precision in a single process—reducing material handling and streamlining fabrication.
