Evers & Sons has been awarded a new structural steel fabrication project totaling approximately 115 tons of steel. Our scope includes full-service steel procurement, fabrication, coordination of hot-dip galvanizing, and delivery to the project site for field erection. The work is scheduled to be completed within nine to ten weeks.
The package consists of multiple wide flange beam sizes, including W18, W12, W10, and W8 members in varying weights. The project also incorporates a range of connection types, including bolted, welded, framed, beam-to-beam, beam-to-column, gusset plate, and shear plate connections. This variety demands precise fit-up and structural accuracy to support efficient field installation.
Once fabrication is complete, all structural components will undergo hot-dip galvanizing to provide long-term corrosion protection and durability. Upon completion of coating, the steel will be delivered to the site as a field-erected structural package.
