Construction company was founded by D.E. Evers and his sons, Gene and Mike Evers
1981
Evers & Sons Inc. was formally incorporated in the state of Texas
1985
The first Evers & Sons Inc. office opened in Lyons, TX
1995
Office in Carthage, TX was opened
1999
Gene Evers purchases Evers & Sons Inc. from D.E. and Mike Evers
2002
Gene Evers passed away 11/13/2002

Terry Evers begins as CEO
2005
Evers & Sons Inc. enters the Pipeline Integrity space

Buster Evers becomes COO

Addition of Pipeline Division

Construction of new Headquarters & Fabrication shop in Caldwell, TX
