38.5 Mile Crude Oil Gathering Pipeline

Evers & Sons Inc. successfully completed a 38.5-mile crude oil gathering pipeline project, showcasing our capability to deliver large-scale infrastructure with precision and efficiency.

The project included 26.5 miles of 8” single lay and 12 miles of 8” dual lay pipelines, along with the installation of key components such as launchers, receivers, risers, and main line block valves. Our team ensured the entire system was built to facilitate seamless transportation of crude oil from wellhead pad sites to the CDP Terminal storage and blending facility.

• 26.5 miles of 8” Single Lay
• 12 miles of 8” Dual Lay

Components Installed:

• 4 Launchers
• 4 Receivers
• 18 Risers
• 1 MLBV (Main Line Block Valve)
• 6,421 Linear Feet of Drills and Bores

Additional Scope:

• Installed 15 Unit Receipt Points for custody transfer from pad sites
• 6 miles of 4” and 6” Lateral Pipelines
• Fabricated and installed:
  • (2) Additional 6” Launcher/Receivers
  • (18) Additional 4” Launcher/Receivers

Functionality:

Designed to transport crude oil efficiently from all pad sites to the CDP Terminal for storage and blending.
