Meter and Regulator Station

This project included full civil sitework and the installation of concrete foundations to support major facility components. Key equipment included a Meter Skid, Regulator Skid, and Line Heater. Our scope also included the in-house fabrication and installation of 16-inch interconnecting piping, complete I&E installation, and final site fencing.

Components Installed:

• 2,700 CY of spoil removal
• 2,776 CY of select fill install
• 88 CY of concrete foundations
• Setting of meter skid, regulator skid and line heater
• 1,940 weld inches

Additional Scope:

• Fabrication and installation of structural platforms and supports for the skidded equipment
• Commissioning of the facility to receive gas

Functionality:

Designed and installed to receive natural gas from the distribution point and meter to the end user to operate their semiconductor plant.
