Flowline Program Work 1

Evers & Sons Inc. completed 85 standalone projects involving the turnkey installation of multiple 4”, 6”, and 8” FlexSteel flowlines connecting pad to pad. The scope also included the installation of 2” and 4” steel lines from wellheads to auxiliary pads, where we set and installed oil headers, meters, and test separators. This work was executed using four dedicated crews and a total workforce of approximately 80 employees. The effort highlights our ability to manage high-volume, multi-site installations.

• 21,458 linear feet of 3″ HDPE SDR11
• 146,047 linear feet of 4″ Flexsteel
• 34,040 linear feet of 6″ Flexsteel
• 64,293 linear feet of 8″ Flexsteel
• 91,050 linear feet of total ditch
• 98,000 linear feet of both 2″ and 4″ crosspad lines installed in 20,000 linear feet of ditch
• 73 Meters installed
• 73 Headers installed
• 32 Separators installed

Each project supports the customer’s growing production by efficiently transporting oil and natural gas from well sites to downstream infrastructure.
