Project Overview
This project involved the installation of an Evers & Sons Inc. fabricated natural gas pressure-regulating skid at a newly constructed onsite tap, designed to support future customer connections. The scope of work included site grading and preparation, delivery and placement of the regulating skid, and fabrication of the interconnecting pipe spool. All piping was tested, coated, and bolted into place to connect the existing meter to the newly installed skid. Final site work included placement of base and finish rock and the installation of chain-link fencing and gated access to ensure security and compliance.
Components Installed:
- Installation of (1) E&S Shop-Fabricated Regulating Skid
- (1) 4”x3” Interconnecting Pipe Spool
- 100’x100’ Grading and Sitework
Functionality:
The regulating skid was installed on behalf of a local gas distribution company to provide reliable natural gas distribution for current service needs while allowing capacity for future residential developments in the surrounding area.
