Project Overview
Evers & Sons Inc. completed the installation of four pressure improvement DRS units tied into an existing trunkline in the North Texas region. Each site required construction of a 10’ x 20’ pad, followed by the installation of an Evers & Sons, shop-fabricated 4” DRS. The scope also included a short 4” HDPE lateral and a hot tap connection into the active trunkline.
Components Installed:
- Installation of (4) E&S shop fabricated pressure improvement DRS
- (2) 4″ HDPE Hot Taps
- (1) Road bore tie in
Functionality:
Installed to help with the mainlines pressure improvement to the customers distribution system to prevent future issues during extreme usage periods.
