Natural Gas Liquids (NGL) Loading Station

Project Overview

This project was an NGL Loading Station designed to serve as the central sales terminal for natural gas liquids (NGLs) across a region encompassing over 440,000 acres of wells and 400 miles of gathering system. It acts as the primary custody transfer point for pipeline products that are eventually hauled by truck to third-party receipt points. The project was executed in two phases: Phase One addressed immediate commercial contract needs using temporary natural gas generators, while Phase Two was constructed concurrently as Phase One operated.

From the inlet receiver, influent NGLs are metered and routed through a pressure control skid to fill the bullet storage vessels. Product is then pumped and metered through multiple loading stations to be collected by third-party trucking services. Truck operators independently issue input quantities and initiate loading sequences.
