CDP Terminal

The CDP Terminal included four (4) 45,000-barrel storage tanks for the storage and blending of on-spec crude oil. Additionally, two (2) 60,000-barrel storage tanks were installed for off-spec system marketing.

The terminal is equipped with eight (8) truck loading/unloading LACT units. Two separate header systems were installed to enable the loading of heavy, light, and blended crude oil for outbound service, and the unloading of heavy and light crude oil for inbound service.

Each unit is equipped with a manual divert valve, allowing operators to override the BS&W shutdown and send inbound crude oil to the divert tanks. All LACT units are tied to a single common divert header, which feeds four (4) 400-barrel shared crude oil divert tanks.

Separately, there is one LACT unit dedicated to inbound and outbound crude via a nearby pipeline system, which gathers crude into the facility and delivers blended crude to future customers.

All above-ground piping was heat traced and insulated to maintain a product temperature of 74°F to prevent paraffin buildup.

Additional Work (Outside Original Contract):

• 48 miles of 12” pipe, including 12 miles of dual lay
• (16) tie-ins to well site facilities
• (1) tie-in at the CDP Terminal

| Unit Receipt Points

• (15) unit receipt points serving as custody transfer points from wellhead pad sites to the gathering system
• 20 miles of 4” and 6” pipe tying well pad sites into the main intermediate trunk line leading to the CDP inlet

Evers & Sons’ scope included the procurement and installation of all piping, structural, civil, electrical, heat trace, and insulation at the CDP Terminal, unit receipt points, pipeline gathering system, and intermediate trunk line.
