Project Overview

The project consisted of a greenfield natural gas treating facility, which included the installation of amine treating, H2S treating, gas dehydration, filtration equipment, gas compression, air compression, flare, inlet and outlet piping interconnects, and all associated piping installation/fabrication work. Structural steel installation was also included (prefabricated by others).

  • (2) 2,000 GPM Amine Treating & Regeneration Units (4,000 GPM Total)
  • (3) 5,000 HP Residue Compression Units (15,000 Total HP)
  • 875 CY of Concrete
  • 33,000 WI (Weld Inches)

    Evers & Sons’ scope included procurement, fabrication, and installation of all civil work (helical piles and cement), equipment setting, and structural fabrication and installation (pipe racks, adjustable pipe supports, walkways, and access platforms). Piping prefabrication, piping installation, and associated work were also part of the scope.
