Fire Tubes

Evers & Sons provided fabrication of fire tube assemblies designed for use in midstream heating applications. The project was executed as a fabrication-only delivery, with all components fabricated, tested, and coated in-house prior to delivery. The project scope included procurement of plate and pipe materials, fire tube fabrication, welding, NDE services, hydrotesting, painting, and full QA/QC inspections to meet project specifications.

• Cover Plate: 7’-0” radius cover plate
• Heat Capacity: 4.83 MMBTU

  • 1½” carbon steel plate

  • 10” pipe
• Welding Methods: GMAW / FCAW
