After successfully completing the original greenfield treating facility, Evers & Sons Inc. partnered again with the client to execute an expansion project supporting the operation of two (2) sulfur recovery units (LO-CAT trains) and a common chemical storage area.

Evers & Sons Inc. was responsible for the civil, structural, and mechanical installation for this greenfield project designed to handle 1.6 BCFD.

This project involved the installation and field welding of all 2” through 36” process piping (class 150-900#), open and closed drain piping, and utility piping.

The project consisted of a greenfield natural gas treating facility, which included the installation of amine treating, H2S treating, gas dehydration, filtration equipment, gas compression, air compression, flare, inlet and outlet piping interconnects, and all associated piping installation/fabrication work. Structural steel installation was also included (prefabricated by others).

Evers & Sons Inc. completed the installation of four pressure improvement DRS units tied into an existing trunkline in the North Texas region.

Evers & Sons Inc. completed 85 standalone projects involving the turnkey installation of multiple 4”, 6”, and 8” FlexSteel flowlines connecting pad to pad.

This project included the installation of a new 4” x 1,600 LF HDPE pipeline to replace an existing section in preparation for future infrastructure expansions.

This project included full civil sitework and the installation of concrete foundations to support major facility components.

This project included the installation of 5.8 miles of 8-inch steel pipeline to support reliable product transport.
