Industries like construction and energy rely on skilled, passionate professionals who take pride in their craft. To help guide and inspire the next generation of tradespeople, we’ve partnered with Somerville High School to offer a select group of students hands-on experience in our fabrication shop, providing them with valuable skills and mentorship to jumpstart their career paths.
Through this internship, students will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals, gaining firsthand knowledge in welding, metal fabrication, shop safety, and the day-to-day operations of a working fabrication facility. Most importantly, they will come to understand the pride and significance of delivering quality products and services. This exposure will help them build confidence, develop practical skills, and understand what it takes to succeed in the trades.
