Educational | National Safety Month: Wellbeing (June 22-30)

June is National Safety Month, an initiative led by the National Safety Council (NSC) to spotlight critical safety topics across the country. As we wrap up the month, we turn our focus to an important, often-overlooked pillar of workplace safety: wellbeing. Evers & Sons believes safety extends beyond PPE and hazard mitigation. True safety includes the mental, emotional, and social health of our workforce.

When employees feel supported, valued, and comfortable to speak up, they’re more engaged, focused, and ultimately safer. This week, we encourage all of our divisions to reflect on how we support the whole person. Promoting work-life balance, offering access to mental health resources, and taking time to check in with one another are just a few ways we are making a meaningful difference amongst our team. These efforts provide opportunity for connection, reduce stress, and create a safe work environment.
