Organized by the Center for Energy Workforce Development, #CareersInEnergyWeek is a national initiative that raises awareness of the critical roles within the energy sector and the opportunities available across its many fields.
Evers & Sons represents the construction side of energy, specializing in the midstream sector that connects production to delivery through facilities, fabrication, pipeline, and maintenance services. This work is vital to the reliability of the nation’s energy supply and supports stable, long-term careers for skilled professionals.
Careers in energy construction span multiple disciplines, including welding, fabrication, equipment operation, field supervision, safety, and project management. Each role contributes to building and maintaining infrastructure that meets safety, environmental, and quality standards.
To help develop the next generation of energy professionals, Evers & Sons maintains its own Apprenticeship Program. Participants receive hands-on training through NCCER-accredited instruction, gaining technical skills that advance their careers in construction and fabrication.
In addition to traditional midstream projects, Evers & Sons is also involved in carbon capture and sequestration (45Q) initiatives at select sites, demonstrating our commitment to advancing cleaner, more sustainable energy infrastructure while continuing to provide meaningful employment opportunities within the industry.
