Evers & Sons recently hosted our Annual Kickoff Meeting, bringing together company-wide leadership to reflect on the previous year and align on goals for 2026. The event also gave us the opportunity to recognize nearly 30 employees for years of service, outstanding performance, commitment to safety, and dedication to quality.
The meeting opened with a comprehensive recap of 2025, featuring division-led presentations that highlighted major projects, operational achievements, growth areas, and team contributions. Leaders shared both wins and lessons learned, creating a transparent look at how each division contributed to company-wide performance.
Both our COO and CEO addressed the team, offering insight into company performance, market conditions, and the resilience shown throughout the year. Their remarks reinforced confidence in our direction while acknowledging the hard work required to continue moving forward.
