22 Mile Isobutane Transportation Pipeline

Project Overview

Evers & Sons Inc. successfully executed a complex pipeline project involving the installation of 16 miles of 8” steel pipeline and 6 miles of 6” steel pipeline through a local power corridor, connecting to two existing lines for isobutane transportation.

The project included significant technical challenges such as over 42,000 linear feet of bores and drills, 213 foreign line crossings, hot tap and surface site modifications, and pipeline installations through the Columbia Bottomlands.

Length & Configuration:

  • 16 miles of 8” Steel Pipeline
  • 6 miles of 6” Steel Pipeline

Components Installed:

  • Over 42,000 Linear Feet of Bores and Drills
  • 213 Foreign Line Crossings
  • Hot Tap and Surface Site Modifications
  • Installations through the Columbia Bottomlands

Additional Scope:

  • Pigging and cleaning of 42 miles of an existing 14” pipeline tied into the new system
