Compressor Maintenance Upgrade

Evers & Sons provided maintenance, structural, and piping modifications to support the upgrade of nine compressors within an existing facility. The project included installation of new compressor cylinders, suction and discharge bottles to improve compression performance and reduce vibration.

Scope of Work:

• Demolition of existing on skid compressor piping, compressor bottles, structural steel components.
• Fabrication and installation of new on skid compressor piping to accommodate new cylinder/bottle arrangements
• Structural Steel Fabrication and installation
• Epoxy grouting of bottle supports

Field Installation – Stats:

• ±75 cubic feet epoxy grout
• ±6 tons structural steel
• ±100 –pipe spools
• ±200 linear ft. pipe – from 1” to 6”
• ±500 Welds
• ± 4,600 shop weld inches
• ±1,000 field weld inches
• 210 Flange torques
