Evers & Sons believes that strong leadership and a commitment to safety are the foundation of our success. Today, we are proud to recognize Jennifer Garza for her dedication and contributions by announcing her promotion to HSE Area Manager for West Texas!
Jennifer has been an integral part of our Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) team, demonstrating our core values of Safety and Quality. Over the years, she has taken an active role in mentoring new safety coaches in West Texas, ensuring they are well-equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to uphold the highest safety standards. Her leadership has not only strengthened our internal safety programs but has also garnered praise from top energy companies, who have recognized her for cultivating an exceptional work culture that aligns with Evers & Sons’ core values.
In her new role, Jennifer will take on expanded responsibilities to continue driving excellence in safety and compliance across the West Texas region. She will lead mentorship programs, oversee safety compliance and auditing, manage client relations, and spearhead incident response efforts to ensure that our teams remain safe, prepared, and proactive in preventing risks on job sites.
Jennifer has already excelled in many of these areas, and this promotion is a reflection of her hard work and leadership. We have full confidence that she will continue to elevate safety standards and make a meaningful impact in her new role.
