Policy

Evers and Sons, Inc., is dedicated to maintaining a Quality Management system that satisfies the requirements of our customers and ISO 9001:2015.

We are also committed to continually improving the effectiveness of our Quality Management System for the benefit of our culture of quality and our customers. Evers and Sons, Inc. utilizes annual company established quality objectives in order to support the strategic direction of our organization.

We are devoted to providing our customers with world class quality solutions for midstream construction in the Energy Sector.

Training

Communicating these policies and objectives to all employees beginning with our new-hire on-boarding process and continuing through company-lead training sessions. We ensure that our employees recognize the importance of safely providing quality products and services that meet or exceed our customers’ expectations.

Weld Mapping

At Evers and Sons Inc. we take pride in providing a 100% traceable product as it relates to materials used and weld mapping. Our digital weld mapping allows customers the ability to review embedded MTRs (Material Test Reports), Weld Numbering and NDE (Nondestructive Examination) reports in each construction drawing.

This process provides a clean and efficient turnover package which decreases the time required for documentation verification and allows for faster walk-downs prior to commissioning.

Daily Quality Audits

All Evers and Sons Inc. quality representatives utilize a digital quality auditing program that allows our site teams to record their findings and photos during daily site audits.

These audits include all areas of procurement and construction, beginning with items supplied by vendors and/or clients and encompassing all phases of construction including civil, structural and mechanical.

Daily audit reports are distributed to all site superintendents, quality representatives, and Evers and Sons Inc. upper management. This reporting allows us to narrow down training criteria for all craft disciplines within our construction teams.

Non-conformance Reports

Evers and Sons Inc. quality representatives are responsible for verifying that all aspects of each project meets customer requirements, applicable codes and industry standards. If at any time during their inspection process an item is found that does not meet all requirements and standards, an NCR (Non-conformance Report) is generated.

Non-conformance Reports are immediately submitted to the project team and an immediate plan is put into place in order to promptly correct these items.

Non-Conformance Reports are used as a learning tool to help our organization continually progress our culture of quality.
