Evers & Sons Inc.’s schedule-based fabrication facility is located outside of Caldwell, TX. At our 12-acre facility, we have the space and equipment to handle all your custom fabrication needs. Our welding and fabrication capabilities, along with an experienced staff, enable Evers & Sons Inc. to deliver a wide range of quality products while maintaining customer delivery timelines.
Piping
Our 22 weld bays can chuck and rotate a wide range of pipe diameters from ½” – 72”. We have in-house procedures for both manual and semi-automatic welding for a variety of carbon and stainless steel piping grades. Our experienced fabrication team can also accommodate client provided welding procedures or we can assist with setting new project specific welding procedures utilizing any industry standard process piping code.

ASME U / ASME S
Evers and Sons, Inc. performs a variety of vessel fabrication from blow cases, compression bottles, seal pots, and knock-outs to separators. We believe that the quality of our products and the safety of our customers comes first, therefore all vessels constructed are NBBI certified.
ASME R
We are fully certified to perform repairs on vessels of any material or grade either at our shop or on location. Our complete vessel repair services include everything from preliminary inspections, vessel evacuation, disconnection of piping, internal and external cleaning, confined space entry, assessing damages, formulating repair plans with client assistance, performing internal welding, nozzle resizing/relocation/additions, replacing integral components, heat treatment, pressure testing, blasting and coating to piping reinstatement and external insulation replacement.
Process Equipment Fabrication & Assembly
Evers and Sons, Inc. offers a complete Process Equipment Fabrication & Assembly service. We draft, procure and fabricate structural frames, vessels, piping, specialty items, instrumentation, electrical, and miscellaneous equipment to our customers’ specifications and requirements. We provide all projects with a 100% traceable quality control package which, at a minimum, includes material and weld mapping as well as proof of pressure testing.
