Each new employee receives onboarding orientation to properly prepare them for the work they will be performing in the field. Evers and Sons has established health, safety, and environmental management systems based on recognized standards and set company-wide goals and objectives that seek to continually improve quality and safety. We train continuously utilizing toolbox talks, daily safety meetings, monthly training sessions, annual safety program training, and ongoing site-specific training. We have a zero tolerance policy for drugs and alcohol and make the commitment to have a safe work environment for our employees.
